Refund policy

في آر تي لاين، رضاكم هو أولويتنا. إذا لم تكونوا راضين تمامًا عن مشترياتكم، يسعدنا قبول الإرجاع أو الاستبدال للعناصر غير المستخدمة أو غير الملبوسة أو غير المغسولة أو غير المعدلة. لإتمام عملية الإرجاع أو الاستبدال، يرجى التأكد من إرفاق فاتورة الشراء الأصلية وجميع البطاقات الملحقة خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الشراء.

الاستثناءات:
يرجى ملاحظة أن العناصر التالية غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال:
رسوم التوصيل – المنتجات المخصصة – ملابس السباحة – الملابس الداخلية – بطاقات الهدايا - الاكسسوارات  (يتم استرجاعها او استبدالها فقط في حال وجود عيوب مصنعيه)

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيتم تطبيق رسوم استرجاع بقيمة 2.5 د.ك على الطلبات داخل الكويت.

بالنسبة للطلبات خارج الكويت:
يُسمح فقط بالإرجاع. يجب شحن القطعة إلينا وهي بحالتها الأصلية تمامًا، مع جميع البطاقات والملحقات المرفقة، وبدون أي ضرر أو تعديل، كما كانت عند استلامها.
بعد استلام القطعة وفحصها، سيتم إصدار المبلغ المسترد مع خصم تكلفة الشحن.

At RT LINE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. To process a return or exchange, please ensure the original sales receipt and all attached tags are included, and the request is made within 14 days of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Delivery fees  – Customized products – Swimwear – Underwear – Gift cards - and Accessories  (can only be returned or exchanged in case of manufacturing defects).

Additionally, a pickup fee of 2.5 KD will apply for returns or exchanges for orders inside Kuwait.

For international orders:
Only returns are accepted. The item must be shipped back to us in its original condition, with all original tags and accessories, and must match the condition it was received in.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed with the refund after deducting the shipping cost.
